The Frenchman, who was reappointed Real boss earlier this month, is believed to be planning a mass overhaul of his squad.
The Spanish giants were knocked out of the Champions League by Ajax and are 12 points behind LaLiga leaders Barcelona.
Mane, Paul Pogba and Eden Hazard are reportedly high on Zidane’s wish list this summer.
The Senegal attacker would have impressed Zidane after scoring Liverpool’s equaliser in last season’s Champions League final, which Real went on to win 3-1.
